- Monday/Wednesday/Friday 6:30am CrossFit
- Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday/5:15pm CrossFit
- Friday 9AM Moms class
Location is at: 315 E Evergreen Dr. In the gym behind By Faith School and Trailhead Church.
All classes are run on a donation basis, and go towards running the overall program, including our kids and teens classes. Our recommended donation is $75/month per adult. We suggest people attend 2-4 classes a week.
