- Monday Stretch/Playability time before class 6:30am
- Monday/Wednesday/Friday 7:00am
- Monday/Wednesday/Thursday 6:15pm
- Friday 8:30am Moms class
- Saturday 9am Family Class
Location is at: 315 E Evergreen Dr. In the gym behind Heritage School/Trailhead Church.
Class is on a donation basis, all donations go towards forwarding the program in Evergreen with kids and teens. Please let us know what questions you have. To register for class, fill out the below form.
